How does Excel Care save me money? +
Excel Care clients receive better value than one-off cleans. Bi-Annual clients save $50 per visit and Quarterly clients save up to $100 per visit compared with standard one-off pricing.
Am I locked into a contract? +
No. There is no lock-in contract. Excel Care is designed to make regular window cleaning easier, but you can pause, change or cancel your care plan when needed.
What is included in each visit? +
Each visit includes your agreed window cleaning service based on your quote. Depending on your Excel Care option, you may also receive bonuses such as Excel RainBlock Tech, 7-day rain guarantee, priority scheduling and free flyscreen cleaning.
Do I need to be home for the clean? +
For exterior-only window cleaning, you usually do not need to be home as long as we have safe access to the areas being cleaned. For interior window cleaning, someone will need to provide access.
What happens if it rains after my clean? +
Bi-Annual and Quarterly Excel Care plans include a 7-day rain guarantee. If rain affects the result within the guarantee period, contact us and we will help get it sorted.
Can I choose Annual, Bi-Annual or Quarterly? +
Yes. Annual is best if you only want one clean per year. Bi-Annual is better for spring and autumn maintenance. Quarterly is the best value option for keeping your windows clean year-round.
