What is included in each visit?
All Excel Care options include FREE Excel RainBlock Tech and automated scheduling. Plus includes the 7-Day Rain Guarantee and priority scheduling. Premium includes all benefits, including FREE flyscreen cleaning.
What is RainBlock Tech?
RainBlock Tech is a water-repelling glass treatment applied after your windows are cleaned using pure water and a water-fed system. It helps rain bead up and roll off the window instead of sitting flat on the glass. This helps reduce water spots, dirt build-up, salt spray and grime, so your windows stay cleaner and clearer for longer after your clean.
Do Excel Care discounts have a minimum service value?
Yes. Excel Care discounts apply to scheduled services valued at $400 + GST or more before any discounts are applied. If your selected service is below this amount, you can add extra services to qualify.
Do I need to be home for the clean?
For exterior-only cleans, you usually do not need to be home as long as we have safe access to the areas being cleaned. For interior work, someone will need to provide access.
What happens if it rains after my clean?
Plus and Premium Excel Care plans include a 7-Day Rain Guarantee. If rain affects your clean within the guarantee period, contact us and we will help arrange a suitable touch-up where required.
Can I choose Essential, Premium or Plus?
Yes. Essential is annual care, Premium is quarterly care, and Plus is bi-annual care. You can choose the option that best suits your home, budget and how often you want your windows maintained.
